- Male / Female, maximum 45 years of age
- Minimum ‘S 1’ for Management; Preferably with ‘MARS’ degree; Being a General Practitioner is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience related with hospitals / clinics / medical center
- Service Excellence oriented
- Be able to cope with operational issues / matters
- Pleasant personality & character
- Very disciplined & well managed
- Has strong leadership character
- Broad minded
- Good communication and social skills
- English proficiency – verbally and in writing
- Can work under pressure
