- Bachelor degree in pharmacy, Pharmacist is preferred, with minimum 3 years experiences in manufacturing, pharmaceutical industries or FMCG
- Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent training skill delivery
- Ability to develop and review training material
- Ability to verify and evaluate training result to obtain the certification from respective parties
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and forecast training budget
- Develop, maintain and improve training material
- Select and evaluate training provider
- Facilitating training
- Training evaluation and skill assessment
- Initiate training and development program
