Key Account Executive / Associate Key Account Manager (depending on candidate’s qualifications)The Job:
- Achieving sales and market share objectives within identified accounts as defined with KAMs
- Effectively supporting and contributing in the prioritisation of key accounts by the KAM business
- For assigned accounts develop Key Account plans that effectively coordinate the activity of Medical, RSM, AM, MR and marketing
- Working effectively with the cross functional teams in delivering the agreed account plans – listing of AZ brands and demand generation
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationship with identified influential customers within priority accounts to ensure AZ has in-depth understanding of their requirements/needs
- Maintaining key data sets and reports on behalf of the KAMs and advise on potential issues pro-actively
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable University, science related is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of successful track record in sales and/or marketing with latest position of Executive MR up to Assc. FLSM and achieved target in the past 3 months
- English and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Conceptual ability, negotiation, networking, interpersonal and management skills
- Effective communication at all levels
- Performance Management, People Development, and Succession Planning
