Learning & Development Supervisor (LDS)
Job Description :
- Ensuring all policies, requirement and procurement of training are in place, maintained and properly documented as required. Therefore all learning programs, training deliveries and developments are properly conducted as well as blended.
Requirements :
- Male/Female.
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) any discipline.
- Preferably having one year experience in similar role.
- Good knowledge and having strong passion in developing people.
- Computer literate, proficient in Ms. Office.
- Good in communication and building relation.
- Must be fluent in English for both verbal and writing.
