seeking branch manager for:
SERANG, CIREBON, BATAM & MEDAN
Branch ManagerJob Requirements:
Male or Female max 40 years old
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university from any discipline, specialization in marketing will be an advantage.
Target Oriented
Good networking and computer literate (MS. Office etc.)
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Outstanding integrity and able to work under less supervision
High integrity and commitment is a must
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for target achievement, conduct product knowledge & training to sales persons. Coordinate, arrange and decide branch’s sales force work system.
Responsible for maintaining good relationship with customers
Coordinate with principals in making distribution forecast and planning, including stock monitoring and forecasting
Report Principals’ activity, market condition, and competitor analysis to the management.
Responsible for Principal Business Review, responsible for giving advices in relation to campaign program to increase sales and distribution
Coordinate with sales team in monitoring distribution activities
Plan, monitor, evaluate and determine work system of administration, finance and human resources, including company’s assets at the branch to support branch’s operational activities.
Verifying reports: sales, delivery, product stock, administration, and finance reports.
Inform necessary updates regarding branch operational to the management.
Maintain good relationship with customers via direct visits and business meetings.
Coordinate, monitor and evaluate employees’ performance.
