Quality Assurance & Clinic Coordinator( Based in our Headquarter in Jakarta )Main responsibility:
Medical Doctor, specialist in OH or OS&H (MKK, MKKK), our future Quality Assurance & Clinic Coordinator is in charge of monitoring quality of services delivered onsite by our medical teams and of the proper implementation of new medical programs.
EDUCATION
- Medical Doctor with valid STR
- With a master in OH or OS&H (MKKK or MKK)
- With valid ACLS,ATLS and HIPERKES
Note that above requirements are an absolute must EXPERIENCE
- Experience of 2 years in a similar position and/or 2 years as an onsite doctor
- Having done PTT is an advantage

- Good command in English
BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
- Liaising with onsite medical personal and providing any medical support
- Collecting and analyzing medical data from all existing sites
- Implementing corrective measures / new programs when necessary
- Collecting and implementing all referral documents
- Enforcing medical SOP and safety procedures
- Ensuring quality of delivered services
- Designing / implementing Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP)
- Doing / participating to any onsite clinic visits and audits
- Leading role in implementation of OHSAS 18000 certification
- Enforcing onsite compliance of OH&S standards
