Job Purpose:
Develop MR ability to influence customers prescribing behaviors (creating demand) to deliver sales achievement and build SANDOZ's long term business within the district/area. Responsible for the management of Human resources and financial of the district/area in pursuit of this goal.Major Accountabilities
- District / Area Sales Achievement (weight: 50%)
- Ensure Optimal execution of plan of action (POA), field tactics program and territory plans by district/area team
- Regulary review achievement of District/area sales vs target and initiate appropriate action to ensure performance in line with objectives
- Conduct SWOT analysis of market/competitors to identify district/area business opportunity
- Develop district/area business plan based on key objectives and allocate resources are directed to territories and customers of greatest potential
- Monitor territory business plan of MR to ensures appropriateness of intended action and implementation in the field.
- Coaching and Team Development (weight: 20%)
- Provide coaching to MR's in order to develop their competencies ability to positively influence
- Provide team training as required to address collective development need for MR's within the team
- Rapidly back-fill any MR vacancies with competent new hires following HR Recruitment policies
- Actively manage performance within the team. Identify-retain good performance-key talent and develop performance improvement plan (PIP) following with submit consistent poor performance to a level process
- Consult the SM on poor performance and related disciplinary matters
- Develop and implement strategies to drive and motivate team
- Customer focus and service (weight: 10%)
- District/area customer database and target segmentation updated continuously
- Maintain contact and relationship with key customers
- MR's monitored to deliver promotional messages within approved detail aids and alignment with marketing strategy/POA
- Ensure that MR's understand and comply with SP3/Sandoz policy
- Leverage KPDM (Key Person Decision Makers) relationship to gain market intelegence and to assist successfull standardization
- Monitor stock at district/area level distributor and advice on customer inventories
- Reporting and Administration (weight: 10%)
- Submit AM monthly report in line with dateline and intended action plan to improve the performance
- Monitor MR's comply and deliver regularly report to ensure relevance and implementation of intended action
- Distribute and ensure comprehensive of key report (SFE, Dashboard, etc) to MR's
- Personal Development (weight: 10%)
- Develop behaviors leading to enhance effectiveness as outline in AM competencies definitions
- Communicate, develop and role model Sandoz culture and leadership behaviors
- Develop individual and team accountability
- Identify areas for development and discuss development need with SM
- Attend & Actively paricipate in management and training
Education :
Bachelor degree in any field, preferably life-science related.
Experience:
At least 2 years experience as MR role in a pharmaceutical organization.

sure the sales and marketing department has the integrated systems in place to reduce manual input and improve the information accuracy and availability.
Ability to assess and evaluate different systems to determine appropriate options for Sandoz.
Review and analysis current systems at the processing level to improve data integrity and quality output of system.
Work with IT department and third parties to integrate, improve and mange any projects related to department.
Proactive monitoring of technical directions and strategies of existing applications and tools.
Provide a training solution to users of systems to ensure associates can navigate their way around and use our systems to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide line management to subordinates.
Ensure mentoring and coaching to direct and non direct subordinates and peers to improve system usage, integrity and development.
Work with related departments to develop and improved systems which will benefit Sandoz eg SFE, Marketing Services etc
