Job Purpose
- To support the sales team in delivering business results such as sales, profit, market share, growth, people development, and cross finctional team spirit via careful planning, coordination, tender biding and executive of market access strategies.Maximixe Sandoz product listing, long term business & market share objectives in assignment outlet
Major Accountabilities
- KA Listing / Formulary (weight:30%)

- Effectively develop and maintain KA listing (in assignment outlets)
- Leverage relationship to achieve mutual benefit for Sandoz and the listing committees
- Design Sandoz value of proposal to outlets on sound commercial basis
- Be able to summarize each target hospitals / institutions current conditions(economic, financials, competitior) and develop a strategy & achieve objective
- Design and deliver tailored soultions for each KA based on their requirements

- Key Account Business Planing (weight:40%)

- Proactively indetifies, priorities and develops strategies for KA growth and resolution of permance issues for assigned cross TA products and reviews business plan
- Plays leading role across Sandoz team in ensuring that plans contain strategies and tactical approaches to the achievement of indentified objectives
- Develop and successfully implements short and long term access strategies for decision makers hospital administrator other high value decision makers in target departments
- Develop and map of tender planning and set the strategy to beat the competition (get the good result)

- Customer focus and service (weight:15%)

- Demostrate ability to discuss broad industry issues in varienty of business settings
- Indentifies and appropriately deals with hidden sutomer needs and issues
- Demonstrate confidence, assertiveness and tact in difficult setting
- Position Sandoz ahead of competitors thourght creation of commercial term, commericial programs / projects and TA product setting
- Introduces customers to colleagues (includes Ho staff) and other customers

- Building and Managing Relationship with Customers, KPDM's and Corporate (weight:15%)

- Maps stakeholders and builds 'peer' working relationships with top-tier KOLs and bodies throughount Process
- Moves the opinion of the market thourght powerful stakeholders strategy and relationships throughout the Process
- Maintains active working realtionships with key external stakeholders

- Education: Bachelor degree in any field, preferably life-science related
- Experience At least 2 yeras experience as sales key account role in a pharmaceutical organization
