PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, one of the leading Pharmaceuticals distribution company in Indonesia is seeking high caliber individuals to join as:

SALES MANAGER

Job-scope:

• Sales planning, budgeting and make promotion strategy

Set up sales strategy and action plan to align with corporate objectives

Generate market data and analysis for management

Achieve sales targets as developed in strategic mid-term plan

Working with APL to develop promotion strategies

• Develop sales channel and manage sub-distributors

Assist APL to achieve direct sales at hospitals

Identify and develop new sales channels such as sub distributors

Manage sales process with sub-distributors, such as sales forecast, purchase orders, inventory requirements

Train distribution network on products

Create and compile customer information data base

Assist on client sales calls, presentations, set-up's and demonstrations with sub distributors and hospitals.

• All the document related tasks

Prepare registration files and tender files and some other kind of document if necessary

Qualfications:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• minimum 3 years experience in the health care industry and medical device industry in preferred.
• He/she must possess good presentation & communication skills, to be fluent in both written and verbal English and flexible in accepting changes in priorities
• Highly motivation, strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to identify business opportunity
• Mature, strong leadership skills
