WELLNESS MANAGER
If you meet the qualifications below:
Male, age between 30 to 40 years old.Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Public Health, Medical School,nurse and related background.Domicile or willing to be placed in Sentul Bogor, West Java.Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services preferred.Previous managerial experience desired.Detail oriented, friendly & have a positive attitude.Ability to read, write, speak & comprehend English well.Demonstrates the ability to successfully oversee all personal care and health-care services provided for customers. Displays excellent leadership skills to manage a staff or paraprofessionals through supervision, education & support.Ability to develop strategies to department revenue by providing new ways to market personal care & health-care services.Ability to develop a network of community health-care providers & other senior services organizations. Demonstrates the ability to successfully implement risk management provision, e.g. ensuring accurate medication management, diligent tracking & delivery of customers’ personal care & health-care needs. Demonstrates excellent skills to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, along with leadership skills & staff development.Works both independently & collaboratively.Having current CPR skill & certification will be an advantage.Please submit soft copy of your application to job10@briscorhorizon.com
