Requiremenrs:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Pharma as Senior Med Rep with good sales track record
- Similar position in other company at least 2 years will be prioritized
- Solid experience as Product Specialist or Senior Representative will be an advantage
- Ability to develop regional business plan to optimize Field Force Performance
- Ability to be a role model for the team
- Able to coach, motivate and develop the Field Force to continuously improve performance
- Able to establish good relationship with customers and territorial leaders
