ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR & MEDICAL TECHNICIAN

If you meet the qualifications below:

Male or Female, age between 25 to 40 years old.

Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Public Health, Medical School, Nurse and related background.

Domicile or willing to be placed in Sentul Bogor, West Java.

Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services preferred.

Previous supervisory experience desired.

Detail oriented, friendly & have a positive attitude.

Ability to read, write, speak & comprehend English well.

Demonstrates the ability to support Wellness Manager in providing wellness & personal care support of customer, e.g. acts as a clinical resource for customer assistants; performs duties of the Wellness Manager, as designated, in his/her absence; provides clear direction daily to customers assistant; participates in monthly staff departmental meeting.

Displays excellent leadership skills to manage a staff or paraprofessionals through supervision, education & support.

Demonstrates the ability to successfully implement risk management provision, e.g. responsible for customer’s pharmacy service through monitoring & administering medication storage, distribution, documentation & delivering system. Also completes & follows up on Unusual Occurrence Reports as needed.

Ability to develop care coordination e.g. maintains ongoing awareness of data related to customers’ health profiles, functional & psychosocial needs; maintain customers’ records; ensures that all wellness staff follows standards in documenting customer activity & service provision; also participates in gathering & providing customer information leading to Service Plan modification.

Demonstrates excellent skills to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, along with leadership skills & staff development.

Works both independently & collaboratively.

Having current CPR skill & certification will be an advantage.
