Business Unit Manager (Pharmaceutical)
Key Responsibilities:
Be accountable for sales and profit objectives of the company.Manage sales and marketing team and be accountable for operations of a business unit.Lead to develop marketing plans, effective strategies and tactics.Develop and maintain rapport with key customers and opinion leaders.Recruit, train and build up sales and marketing team.Coordinate and monitor product registrations.The successful candidate should possess:
Strong sense of responsibilities and with business acumen.Self-discipline, confidence working in a start-up company.Demonstrated leadership qualities and selling skills.At least 5 years’ experience as an in-field sales representatives with good track record in sales performances.3 years’ in sales and marketing management capacity and hands-on experience in product management, preferably from multinational pharmaceutical company.Bachelor's degree or equivalent of Business, Marketing or any Life or Health Science subject.To know more about us, please visit www.ferring.com
