The Jakarta Women & Children Clinic offers high quality gynecology and pediatric care for local and expatriate families residing in Indonesia. The clinic is staffed with a team of experienced doctors, nurses and working professionals who are committed to deliver the very best in medical care and customer service.
HEAD NURSEResponsibilities:
- Effectively implement plan of action (POA) in accordance with company policies.
- Regularly monitor the clinic's performance to initiate appropriate actions to ensure continuous growth and maintain patients' satisfaction
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Responsible to manage relationship between doctors, patients, and managements
- Responsible to maintain high quality team of medical staffs to achieve excellent service delivery
- Facilitate and market enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics
- Act as an exemplary role model for the rest of ther medical staffs by holding high standard of working performance and ethics.
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum S1 in Nursing
- Min. 10 years of working experience in running a clinic or nursing division is a must
- Speak and write in English are essential, ability to speak other languages is an advantage
- Computer literate (min. Ms office: Words, Excel and Internet)
- Posses a good communication and leadership skills
- Respect confidentiality of company, medical and personal documentation
- Being midwife is an advantage
