MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORRequirements :
- Minimum D3 University majoring in Engineering (mechanical, electrical) with 3 year experiences as pharmaceutical technician
- Must has experience in 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin), cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice), and OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) culture
- Not more than 28 years old
- Willing to work at Cikarang and in-shifting work condition
Responsibilities :
- Establish system procedure of all production machineries and HVAC system include Preventive Maintenance, Operational Control and Monitoring and Corrective Maintenance
- To ensure all plant machineries and equipment operate in good condition. These include forklift, manufacturing and packaging machineries and equipments, telecommunication, and HVAC
- To ensure all new machineries or equipment installed are met with URS (user requirement spesification)
- To control and monitor formal metrology activities that support our basic cGMP requirements for qualification . This includes routine calibration and recalibration of all GMP sensitive meters and measuring devices
- To ensure all preventive , control monitoring and corrective maintenance is implemented with OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) regulation and 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin)
- To ensure all spare part and logistic needs for machineries is available for minimum 6-month operational.
