CALL CENTER HEADResponsibilities:
- Setup call center operation according to company's specification
- Staffed the call center with qualified personnel
- Run the day to day management of the call center, making sure that it runs smoothly 24/7
Requirements:
- Willing to work in shifts
- Able to work under pressure
- Customer oriented
- Has previous experience working in a call center
- Minimum D3 in health care associated education (nursing etc)
