Currently we are looking for dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as Account Executive.
Major Accountabilities
I.Hospital /Institution Sales Achievement (weight:50%)
- Ensure optimal execution of plan of action (POA), field tactics program and territory plans
- Regularly review achievement of Hospital / Institution sales vs target and initiate appropriate action to ensure performance in line with objectives
- Conduct SWOT analysis of market/competitors to identify Hospital / Institution business opportunity
- Develop hospital/Institution business plan based on key objectives and allocate resources are directed to territories and customers of greatest potential
- Monitor Hosp/Institution business plan to ensures appropriateness of intended action and implementation in the field.
II.Customer focus and service (weight:30%)
- Hospital / Institution customer database and target segmentation up dated continuously
- Maintain contact and relationship with key customers
- FF’s monitored to deliver promotional messages within approved data
- Monitor stock at Hospital / Institution level distributor and advise on customer inventories
III.Reporting and administration (weight:10%)
- Submit line manager monthly report in line with dateline and intended action plan to improve the performance
- Monitor FF’s comply and deliver regularly report to ensure relevance and implementation of intended action
- Distribute and ensure comprehensive of key report (SFE, Dashboard, etc) to line manager
IV.Personal Development (weight:10%)
- Develop behaviours leading to enhance effectiveness as outline in AE competencies definitions
- Communicate, develop and role model Sandoz culture and leadership behaviors
- Develop individual accountability
- Identify areas for self-development and discuss development need with KAM
- Attend & actively participate in management and training
Requirements
Education : Bachelor degree in any field, preferably life-science relatedExperience : At least 2 years experience as Medical Representative role in a pharmaceutical organization
