Due to our rapid growth in life insurance industry, we seek qualified individual to join our company. Currently we are open for the following position:
REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM (Under Outsource)Role
- Analyze and process Reimbursment claim with target process 80 - 100 claim/day
- Doing investigation for invalid claim
- Follow up for pending cases
- Currently process Reimbursment claim
- Handle complain via email, telephone or directly to the complaint relating to the claim process
Skill & Knowledge
- Adminstration
- Communication
- Nursing
Qualification
- Diploma of Nursing
- At least 1 year experience as Claim Analyst or Nurse
