AREA MANAGER SURABAYA (PRIMARY CARE)Job purpose
To build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Area; to drive Area sales performance, market share and optimal resource utilization; to build effective and enduring business relationships with key Area customers and stakeholders; to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of pharmaceutical Sales Representatives; to promote Novartis as a leader in general or specific pharmaceutical areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education : University Graduate (Strata 1)
- Certification : PEDFI Certified preferred.
- University Major : Life/health sciences (e.g: pharmacy, biology, chemistry, nursing, medical, etc)
- Previous experience: As Area Manager other multinational pharma companies (Area Manager/District Manager or similar position) or some top-tiered local companies.
- Languages : Intermediate English (able to understand written English text and manage a casual day-to-day discussions with ease). Specific
Professional Experience:
AM Dedicated line : experience in similar therapeutic line (cardiology, metabolic, pain) preferred but not mandatory
AM All line : experience in similar therapeutic line not required.
