Branch managerThe Job holder is responsible to develop branch business plan for the segment and ensure sales, services, and operational target are achieved. throught the management of an open friendly & sales environment of the branch, so as to contribute to the success of the whole business strategies & profitability..
Requirements :
- Having a minimum bachelor degree in any field, min. 30 years (male)
- Having a minimum 2 years as Branch Manager in Pharmacy, otc and other product management
- Has a great Sales management, Tracking budget experience, Delegation, Staffing, managing process, Supervision, Developing standards, promoting process improvement, time management, negotiation skills, reporting skills and customer relation management
- Has analytical dan problem solving skills ability to be flexible when the customers / situation required
- Can join immediately
