Nurse Educator (Diabetes)Objectives
- To provide Diabetes Education among Patients and their families/caretakers
- To increase awareness on the Insulin delivery System among HCPs and Patients
- To coordinate activities with Health Care Providers that will support their management of Diabetes Mellitus
Roles and Responsibilities of Nurse Educator
- To plan and conduct the Diabetes Education Program
- To plan and working together with facilitator trainer to conduct DCM patient session
- To plan and conduct Demonstration of Pen Devices at patient’s convenient place or in any appropriate location
- To meet the set activities standards and reporting timeliness.
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in science of Nursing, 2 years experience as a nurse in hospital/ clinic – preferable as a nurse educator.
- Excellent communication skills with great interpersonal skills, exceptionally good in planning and implementation of the educational programs.
- Fluency in English and profound ability to adapt the environment easily and strong demonstration power.
