We have been retained by a leading pharmaceutical company with products and divisions spanning 11 countries . Their products include pharmaceutical drugs, health consumer goods and nutritional supplements. They are looking for professionals to join their growing company for the position of:
SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR(JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of a company’s marketing efforts and strategies for pharmaceutical business.
- Establish sales goals and create incentive programs for region and personnel.
- Conducting market analysis and devising strategies for generating new business.
- In charge of how to present the products and services to the selected target market.
- Strategic analyst on business opportunity and marketing condition for new business acquisition and expansion
- Manage good relationship with principals
Requirements:
- Must be medical doctor with minimum 10+ years experience in Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceutical Business.
- Working experience in multinational company is a must.
- Demonstrate ability in strategic thinking, conceptual thinking.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Good presentation skill and negotiating skill.
