Field Training & Business Development OfficerJOBSDESCRIPTION :
- The Field Trainer & Business Development Officer is responsible for training and educating the 4Life Distributors, product specialists and account executives of the company. The trainer’s aim is to enhance the sales goal of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- D3 or bachelor degree in any major
- Fluent English is a must
SKILLS :
- Support & Motivate others
- Open & clear communicator
- Empathetic to other’s views and needs
- Set goals and deadlines and plans to deliver effectively
- Handling cash transactions & events
- Travels frequently
- Administrative skills and Follow up
TASKS:
- Coordinate & organize training for Distributors
- Communicate and build long term relationship with Distributors
- Monitor and evaluate performances of Distributors to achieve higher ranks
- Processing sales orders and transactions
- Handling events and complaints
- Traveling domestics and overseas
