MEDICAL SCIENTIFIC LIAISON (MSL)You will be accountable to build scientific partnership with health care professionals and decisions makers to build advocacy, strategically prepare and support the product through education of Key Stakeholders (Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)), education of the scientific community and KOLs, clinical trial support, and by the scientific exchange seeking external insight to shape Novartis commercial and development program.
Your qualifications:
- Pharmacist/Medical Doctor, preferably from reputable University
- 1-2 years experience in pharma industry is an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research in at least one therapeutic area
- Ability to synthesize recent scientific information, analyze them within strategic and regulatory settings
- Strong personal integrity, and customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and advanced presentation skills
- Effectively contribute to work on multi functional teams
- Must be able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing field base environment
- Willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia
- Proven ability to develop and foster peer to peer, credible relationships in order to educate and negotiate Key Opinion Leaders/decision makers
- Excellent English both verbal and writing
