TRAINING MANAGER – OTC (Code : TM)Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management or Medical
- Min. 3 years experiences in Training as Training Coordinator or Field Training Officer in pharmaceutical industry is a must
- Have knowledge of Training concepts.
- Have knowledge and skills to develop training module
- Develop the training plan and budget and ensure that the costs are within the training budget.
- Strong organizational skills and able to adapt to many varied environments
- Fluently in English, both for written & oral.
- Creative, honest, hard worker and also good interpersonal communication skill.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual training program and schedule for associates and monitor its implementation
- Ensure the effectiveness of training module obtained from regional as well as local module
- Ensure the quality of a training by identifying training need, develop necessary
- program to tackle the need, deliver the training, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training
- In cooperation with Sales Management & Marketing, being accountable for the National Training for Field Force
- Conduct the training as facilitator
- Controlling the agreed budget for training
