Industrial Hygiene Technician (Code: IHT)As part of Onsite Medical Service Department, the main objective of this service is to ensure that health services is delivered well and meet with the company’s requirement and government regulations.
- Anticipate, identify and evaluate health related substandard conditions and practices within company’s areas
- Implement the establish control methods, procedures and program incompliance with all government regulations and recognized international standards
- Ensure the performance of industrial hygiene monitoring equipments through periodic maintenance and calibration
- Provide assurance that caterer managing food safety as required by company
- Deliver industrial hygiene programs with close coordination with the company’s industrial hygiene team
- Assist operation, projects and other departments in industrial hygiene matter to ensure understanding and implementation of health expectations
Specific Obligations
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
- Obtain professional certification in industrial hygiene (i.e. Hygiene Industri Muda – HIMU)
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Strong evidence on capability of performing industrial hygiene measurement and evaluation
- Experience in implementing several core industrial hygiene programs such as Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) etc.
- Experience in delivering industrial hygiene training
- Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral
- Administration experience, familiar with MS Office
